The Mount is home. It's where Neatly started and where we work every day. Founder Agos Nussbaum lives on Crane Street in Arataki, our service area runs from Pilot Bay down through Marine Parade and Maunganui Road out to Bayfair., we know the streets, the postcodes, the short-term rental turnaround windows, and the kind of homes you'll find on each block. We don't stretch ourselves across the wider Bay of Plenty. We do one thing properly: clean homes and rentals across Mount Maunganui.

Beachfront baches and holiday rentals
Marine Parade, Maunganui Road, Adams Avenue, the streets running back from Main Beach. Same-day Airbnb turnovers, linen and restock, guest-ready in three hours.
Family homes
Bayfair, Omanu, Arataki, Mount South. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleans with the same cleaner each visit.
Apartments and townhouses
The Salisbury Avenue blocks, the new builds creeping along Tay Street. Move-out cleans, pre-listing cleans, and one-off deep cleans before guests arrive.
Post-construction handovers
New builds and renovations across The Mount. Builder's dust, gib residue, silicone smears, label removal, full window track scrub. We work with builders directly to hit handover dates.
Why Mount-only
We get asked weekly if we'll travel out to Tauranga or Papamoa. Almost always, no. We chose to stay tight on The Mount because it lets us keep response times short (usually within 48 hours), our cleaning team familiar with every street and building type, and our quality control tight. If you live or own in The Mount, we'll be there. If you don't, we know good cleaners in your suburb and we're happy to refer.
What makes a Mount clean different
The Mount has a particular set of cleaning challenges. Salt air on stainless and chrome. Sand tracked through entryways from Main Beach and Pilot Bay. Sunscreen residue on couches and bedding through summer. Builder's dust kicked up by the constant cycle of new builds and renos. We've adjusted our process for all of it. We use Ecostore products throughout, no harsh chemicals, no heavy fragrance, which matters more in a small bach with the windows closed for the off-season.
