Neatly is a cleaning and organisation services company based in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga. We focus on Airbnbs, move out cleans and post-construction/renovation cleans. We use eco-friendly products that are safer for you and for the environment, and they are also cruelty-free!.
We cover Mount Maunganui, Papamoa Beach and Tauranga area. We are happy to service areas outside of this range for an extra travel fee. Please contact hello@neatly.nz for an adequate quote.
We offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee on our cleanings. If by any reason you are not satisfied with your clean, you can let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back and make it right.

Because no two residencies are the same, many factors go into determining your customized price. Pricing depends on square footage, the level of cleaning required, linen laundry, supplies, etc. Neatly will gladly meet with you and evaluate your cleaning needs before giving you a quote.
We do reserve the right to re-quote your clean upon arrival. In certain circumstances a place is left in conditions that would require a longer allotted time for the clean.
Cleaning
No, we use our own eco-friendly products plus some other products that due to their purpose can’t be in the same category (e.g. oven cleaner, mold remover, etc). We also use our own equipment required for cleaning including vacuum, mop and bucket & step stool.
If you require us to use your own cleaning supplies or you have products for special care, just provide us instructions on what products they are and where they are located in the property.
For Airbnbs with balconies or decks with table and chairs, we do make sure these are cleaned and we check the BBQ. If the BBQ is left in extreme bad conditions we will let you know as this may incur additional charges. For move-out and post-construction cleans, we do not clean the outside of properties.

A deep clean is a thorough and detailed type of cleaning that allows our cleaners additional time to thoroughly clean your home. We recommend a deep clean at minimum twice a year to keep everything from getting out of control.
There are some things that we can’t do… mainly because it could result in injury and we want our teams to be safe!
- Cleaning of Chandeliers
- Wet Wiping of Light Bulbs
- Cleaning of Bio-hazards (Mold, blood, etc)
- Moving Heavy Furniture
- Animal Waste/Litter/Insects
- Heavy Scrubbing of Walls
- High To Reach Areas (More than a 2 step ladder)
- Washing of Exterior Windows on 2 story houses (or any house with hard to reach windows)
We do provide laundry services upon request, please let us know what you need washed when you make your enquiry.
Billing
We will invoice you to your provided email. If it is a one off clean we’ll invoice you after the clean is done; if it’s a recurrent Airbnb cleaning service, we will invoice you fortnightly.
If you wish to cancel the booking, you may do so within 24 hours and it is going to be free of charge. Unfortunately, we charge a cancellation fee of $35 once your booking has been confirmed or the cancellation was done on the day of service. We do this to cover any lapses that the cancellation may have brought to our cleaners schedule.
